I am a strategic nonprofit leader with over 10 years of experience in banking and finance, followed by a decade in the nonprofit sector, where I have driven community impact through program design, team leadership, and cross-sector collaboration. In my current role as Programs Manager at Polycultural Immigrant & Community Services, I oversee settlement and employment services. My work focuses on advancing newcomer integration, mental health support, and crisis stabilization through trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches. I’m deeply committed to operational excellence, equitable service delivery, and innovative funding development. I bring a lived-experience lens to program planning and execution, ensuring services reflect the diverse needs of the communities we serve. Partnering with stakeholders across government, healthcare, and education, I strive to co-create scalable, inclusive solutions that meet individuals where they are and empower them to move forward with dignity and support.
