About Amal Karimi

As a Senior Project Manager at Milrose Consultants, I direct and manage the permitting process for a portfolio of commercial building projects across the United States, focusing on delivering quality and efficiency in every aspect of our operations. My responsibilities encompass overseeing project timelines through Asana, conducting comprehensive reviews and quality checks of architectural plans and construction documents, and consulting with clients to ensure all adjustments meet regulatory compliance, including ADA and Title 24 standards. My dedication to facilitating smooth project workflows has resulted in successful project completions that consistently exceed stakeholder expectations and enhance customer satisfaction. Alongside my work, I am pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at California State University, Long Beach, with the goal of advancing my career in the renewable energy sector. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a minor in Environmental Impact Assessment from San Jose State University, where I learned how to identify and solve environmental problems from different perspectives. I have also acquired multiple certifications and skills in blockchain, air quality, environmental management systems, SQL, and SCADA, which enable me to analyze and optimize data and processes. I am passionate about contributing to California's long-term resilience and recovery towards environmental equity.
