About Amalia Batara

I am an Accountant, System Analyst and Integrity builder with 24+ years of experience in the Multinational Healthcare Companies. My core job functions in the organizations are mostly related to the Compliance, Ethics, Legal, Tax and Audit. In my previous carrier paths with many multinational healthcare companies, I experienced to develop culture change strategy for the merger and acquisition plan amongst the healthcare companies and built my skills and knowledge on the implementation of different regulations and codes in different countries. I have a master degree in Management Information System from the University of Colorado at Denver, USA and I learned on my teamwork study about the Hospital reengineering program. I also have a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Universitas Tarumanagara, Jakarta, Indonesia. My mission as an Ethics and Compliance Lead is to use my knowledge, skills and strategy to build the compliance culture as friendly environment in the organization by providing consultation to all co-workers in all levels and support the organization sustainable growth to build its reputation and deliver quality products to serve our community and patients’ safety.
