With over 10 years of experience in the aviation industry, I am a Marketing and Reservations Specialist at Trans Anguilla Airways, a leading regional airline that connects Anguilla with other Caribbean islands. I am responsible for customer relationship management (CRM) system, conducting market research, designing promotional materials, and handling bookings and inquiries. I have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Monroe College, and I am currently pursuing another bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. I am passionate about understanding the needs and preferences of our customers, and creating effective marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, loyalty, and revenue. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that shares the same mission of providing safe, reliable, and affordable air travel. My goal is to leverage my expertise and education to contribute to the growth and success of any establishment I work with.
