About Aman Khullar

Aman is Chief Executive Officer of Civil Engineering Consulting firm TE & C where he manages growing a team of dedicated specialists including Geotechnical, Geophysical, Architecture, Non Destructive Testing and other professionals. Aman commenced his career at a modest level in 1994 with a regional Bridge Design and Consultancy Firm before joining Aimil Ltd, a leading Civil Engineering technology and Instrumentation company. Aman spent 24 years at Aimil Ltd before taking on as CEO of TE & C. Aman Gained experience through a number of diverse projects and best technologies in the construction & geotechnical consultancy industry in such capacities as Engineering manager, Project manager, Head operations and General Manager and Senior General manager. In 1995, when Mechnically Stabilized Earth technology had almost no takers; Aman was amongst the first individuals who were instrumental in making this innovation, a synonymous with Retaining wall industry and giving its due position on the national scene; so much so that after 20 years we hardly find any conventional Retaining Structures. In a way it is a true tribute to the inventors of such technologies. He has a detailed understanding of a broad range of MSE applications including Prefabricated Arch Technology. Later in 2006, Aman moved on to Advanced Technology & Engineering Services (ATES) another division of Aimil Ltd. For 13 years, Aman led this division while further learning and developing core skills of running a Consultancy group and guided by some of the finest professionals in Geotechnical and Rock mechanic Industry. Aman was responsible for tendering, design, project engineering and project management and timely delivery for over Testing and Consulting assignments, including some of the most challenging ones both nationally and Internationally. He has a detailed understanding of a broad range of consulting engineering projects. Developed project baselines; monitored & controlled projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects Aman’s unique blend of technical knowledge, construction management experience and commercial understanding make him ideally placed to assist clients in all aspects of geotechnical engineering practice. His business philosophy is built around providing consulting services of the highest technical standard, with a clear emphasis on value engineering and practicality.
