Over the past 8 years, I’ve worked across diverse ICT environments—solving problems, driving change, and continuously learning how to do things better, faster, and smarter. My career journey has taken me from hands-on technical support to leading IT asset strategies and streamlining operations in government and enterprise environments. At the Department of Transport and Planning, I’ve played a key role in managing complex IT asset portfolios, reducing overhead through smarter lifecycle practices, and delivering service operations that align with business goals. I bring a cross-functional mindset to the table—combining my background in service delivery, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement with practical expertise in tools like M365, IAM, HAM, SAP, and Agile systems (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). But beyond the tools and processes, what drives me is a simple principle: systems should serve people, not the other way around. Whether it's leading a license rationalization project that saved thousands, improving asset visibility through data-driven insights, or helping teams navigate digital transitions, I strive to bring clarity, structure, and empathy into everything I do.
