Numbers tell a story, and I help people make sense of them. I’m a Chartered Accountant, financial advisor, and startup enabler, working at the intersection of finance, taxation, and investments. As a Partner at B B Mathur & Company, I help businesses, startups, and individuals navigate the complexities of taxation, fundraising, and financial strategy. With a background in statutory audits (EY), policy & funding (Invest India), and regulatory advisory, I’ve worked with startups, incubators, HNIs, and NRIs, helping them make smarter financial decisions. I’ve also led multi-crore funding initiatives, engaged with global investors, and advised startups on scaling sustainably. For Startups & Founders – I offer advisory and services around cash flow, working capital, and receivables management. I also assist in securing funds through government schemes and investor connections. For Investors & HNIs – I specialize in investment structuring, tax planning, and FEMA advisory, ensuring compliance while optimizing wealth growth. For Incubators & Ecosystem Leaders – I conduct finance and taxation sessions to educate entrepreneurs on funding, valuation, and regulatory best practices. To sharpen my expertise, I’m currently pursuing a Corporate Investment Banking program at IIM Lucknow and a Registered Valuer certification with ICAI RVO. I’m also keen on financial modelling and valuations—building this into a core service in the coming years.
