About Aman Raj

Aman Raj is an accomplished Indian scholar with a diverse educational background. He completed his Bachelor's degree in 2016 from Magadh University in Bodhgaya, India. Following his undergraduate studies, he pursued a Master's degree in Buddhist Studies at Nava Nalanda Mahavihara, Nalanda. However, after one year, he seized an opportunity in Taiwan. In September 2017, Aman enrolled in the Graduate Institute of Religious Studies at Nanhua University in Taiwan, where he completed his Master’s degree in 2019. His dissertation focused on Buddhist history, specifically titled "An Analytical Study of the Decline of Nalanda." After obtaining his Master’s degree, he furthered his studies by enrolling in the Department of Business Administration at Nanhua University, where he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. His research primarily explores the intersection of Buddhist Management and Human Resource Management, and he is nearing the completion of his doctoral dissertation. In recent years, Aman joined Taiwan Hopax, a multinational chemical manufacturing company, where he gained valuable experience as a Business Developer for two years. He is currently associated with the firm on a contract basis as a Sales and Marketing Analyst. This role has provided him with practical insights into the business sector, complementing his academic pursuits and enriching his understanding of management practices within a corporate environment. Aman Raj's academic and professional journey reflects his commitment to both Buddhist studies and management, positioning him as a knowledgeable figure in the field of Buddhist management practices.
