I am passionate about the human mind and how we process information. The biggest accomplishment that I have achieved in life is accepting the fact that we will not always get an answer to the questions that we ask. As a digital media marketer, I learnt the foundations of digital marketing such as search, paid, owned and earned marketing. This is an educational journey that I am grateful for because it gave me the needed skills to not only support the growth of businesses but also expand my expertise in the marketing world. My background in Psychology and Philosophy has allowed me to properly engage with people in a manner that is effective and welcoming. When communicating and networking, I always pay attention to body language and facial expressions which is a strong trait of mine. I have in-depth knowledge of customer service and how to effectively communicate with clients via chat, email and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
