I have been in this role for close to 2 years. I have a a vast background in the service/fast food industry that includes Fifteen plus years of experience within the franchise side of Sonic. I held several roles within the same franchise which includes 9 years as a General Manager. That role provided me with a large set of skills that are invaluable in any industry. Including employee relations, recruiting, scheduling, inventory management, customer engagement, and business development. While I am happy with my current role, I am considering to look at new opportunities to help support my growing family. I am interested in higher roles within the insurance industry but also would enter back into the restaurant industry but only has a high level manager given my background.
