About Amanda Arnold

I have a passion for human resources and mentoring others to grow in their careers. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to learn quickly, accomplish goals, and exceed expectations. I have also proven my work ethic and ability to get the job done while leading with high morals and ethics. My executive leadership and professional skills make me a valuable leadership team member and I enjoy collaborating with and supporting employees to grow, develop, and succeed. Authentic relationships as well as communication are important when leading others or working with community partners. I have the ability to succeed in chaotic environments, management conflict, facilitate meetings, develop innovative solutions, and manage many complex projects at once. Some of my greatest accomplishments include obtaining a certification in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety from the Institute of Healthcare Improvement, developing and implementing a process for employee performance reviews, improving retention by developing and implementing a recruitment and retention plan that included a revised hiring and onboarding process, stay surveys and stay plans.
