Amanda earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida (UCF). In pursuit of her own wellness goals, she dedicated the next decade to the study, application, and teaching of both the science and art of exercise. She acquired numerous certifications and participated in hundreds of hours of continued education with nationally recognized organizations such as the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Yoga Alliance. It was her clients and students who inspired and encouraged her to later earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (also from Ucf).
