As an Administrative Assistant at Wellesley High School, I support the daily operations of the school office, such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting students and staff. I have improved the efficiency and accuracy of the office procedures by implementing new software and protocols. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can apply my organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the school. In addition, I work as a Bartender/Server at Avenue Kitchen & Bar, where I deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in beverage inventory and distribution, training, staff development, and sales. I have consistently increased the sales and profitability of the restaurant by upselling products, creating loyal customers, and providing feedback to the management. I am a committed team player who works well with my colleagues and the kitchen staff to ensure the quality and timeliness of the orders. I have a passion for hospitality and catering, and I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques.
