As a Talent and Organizational Design Representative at General Dynamics Electric Boat, I contribute to the company's strategic goals by enhancing employee engagement, retention, and performance under the Human Resource Business Partners. I have also supported the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts within the company, helping to create a more inclusive and respectful work environment for all employees. I currently own several internal communication processes for my team, all utilized to boost employee education and recognition.I have obtained a BS in Communication Studies with a minor in writing from the University of Minnesota Crookston, with a GPA of 3.6. I did so while working full time. I have a strong background in communication, organization, and interpersonal skills as well as a tireless work ethic, fostered by my experience in Veterinary Medicine. In previous roles, I have obtained promotions to critical leadership positions very quickly.I am passionate about learning and growing as a professional, and I seek to apply my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the world.
