About Amanda Bartley

Creating and leading inclusive social impact is at the heart of what I do. Throughout my 25+ year corporate career I have worked with organisations to align organisational purpose, strengthen commercial outcomes, build brand reputation and community engagement through a range of sustainability, diversity and responsible business practice. With an extensive career established in one of the Big 4 consulting firms my career foundations lie in audit and finance. Subsequent opportunities have seen me work in learning and development, corporate responsibility, gender equality and social impact consulting. Coupled with recent experience in start-up and boutique consulting, I appreciate the need for customised business strategy and implementation. It is through this breadth of experience that I have built a passion for unlocking social innovation, purpose and shared value in organisations across corporate, not-for-profit, government and start-ups. As a creative problem solver in commercially astute environments, I thrive in opportunities to design social impact strategy, develop cross-sector partnerships, motivate and build high performing teams that enable the business to achieve positive measurable outcomes for some of society’s complex issues. Whilst I am a strategic leader, I am able to confidently execute on key deliverables and am known for my abilities to influence, build buy in and successfully manage stakeholders in complex environments. As an experienced business leader, Board advisor and a keen collaborator, I am a strong advocate for developing effective governance and measurement frameworks to facilitate meaningful change.
