A recent entrepreneur.com article, “Choose the Lens You See the World Through," aptly captures the importance of choosing the right lens through which to navigate today’s ever-evolving times. The article emphasizes the need to focus on a lens that will help you see through the fog of chaos that surrounds you, and look for what’s possible at every turn. That said, clarity of focus is important. Below is an attempt to outline my life’s/career's lens. I live by David Eagleman’s mantra “In the logic of the brain, if you don’t have the right tool for the job, create it.” I am fascinated by the human brain and how ironically subliminal, yet explicit consumer logic is these days. I embrace the challenge of communicating in ever-changing consumer persuasions - constantly advancing, subliminal, and unavoidable. I lead with effective communication, customer-centricity, and quality of care geared at influencing positive outcomes with deep relationships at their core. I am purpose-driven and mission-clear on serving equitable solutions to people of all backgrounds and ensuring team mission-clarity in planning and fostering warmer, more approachable experiences that everyone deserves. As a futuristic and strategic thinker, I am adept at energizing others around possibility. As a relationship builder, I focus on equipping others to see connections in things. And as an execution-focused professional, I operate with discipline, responsibility, and resolution-focused problem-solving. I bring fresh ideas, leverage emerging technologies, and create efficiencies for client retention by anticipating what could be, identifying linkages, and figuring out root-causes. Outside of work, I am a self-taught portrait photographer. I consider this my 'second job,' and great passion, and I bring forth a mission-focus of making memories tangible by evoking emotion and delivering quality services through authentic, organic relationships with my clients. I am open to expanding my connections and networking to further advance literacy and mission-focus in the areas of life & death financial planning, overall financial literacy, mental health, self-worth, and youth empowerment.
