I am a highly competent NHS professional with extensive experience gained working on the commissioning, management and leadership of multi-disciplinary programmes. This has provided invaluable experience with transferable skills that can be utilised across different work streams. Keen to employ all the knowledge and experience gained to date, in supporting organisations through strategic leadership and personal performance to increase efficiency, improve performance, and deliver their projects to strict time specifications, quality and budgets. A self-starter, who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy, quality and safety is a priority and handling multiple projects simultaneously is the norm. My continual interactions with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, has strengthened my interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
