My background is a unique combination of experience in diverse, high-level retail roles within Fortune 100 companies, coupled with a legal education that provides an analytical, process-driven, and motivational approach to leading teams. I have intentionally immersed myself in multiple areas of business, including gaining deep exposure in operations, sales, HR, and financial management. As a leader, I have high standards for myself and others, and I give teams the support they need to consistently hit or exceed goals. A key part of achieving metrics is building an authentic team environment through humor, emotional insight, and clear expectations. I coach for performance and hold team members accountable, all while injecting fun into our work. This approach has paved the way for significant business turnarounds throughout my career, as it creates sincere buy-in and commitment.
