Everything that I do, I seek to do with a fiery passion and fun-loving attitude. Those who know me would smile and agree and those who don’t, well, feel free to keep reading. I have a strong desire to serve others, whether that be through working with others through my job, being the best version of myself for my family and friends, or volunteering at local organizations. Creating an enjoyable work environment is a high priority of mine. I believe that those around us benefit greatly when they know that they are valued and are appreciated. This is why I consider myself a passionate leader. I strive to always lead with compassion and mindfulness towards others’ needs by example. I also believe that recent advancements in data systems has fundamentally changed the way we interact with the world and make business decisions. While on the journey of completing my master’s degree, my eyes have been opened to see the world in terms of information systems and untapped opportunities of data collection and management. This set me on the path to determine how to incorporate these services into my work to improve the lives of coworkers and consumers alike. My passion and skill set allows me to:>Utilize technical knowledge and experience to create efficient work environments and user-oriented platforms and experiences, to increase engagement of both employees and consumers.>Lead a group of 20+ to successfully accomplish goals and meet performance expectations >Collect and utilize user data to create personalized experiences to create awareness and increase platform engagement.>Coordinate programs and information sharing between multiple departments to improve user experience and create opportunities for further cooperation.
