I’ve spent more than a decade building my career in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on sales leadership, enablement, and onboarding. Over the years, I’ve worked across frontline sales, product management, training, and partner engagement, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how to connect people, processes, and products in a way that drives results. My expertise lies in simplifying complex systems, creating structured onboarding pathways, and enabling teams to hit the ground running with confidence. Some of the projects I’m most proud of include designing training programs that improved time-to-productivity for new hires, using data insights to shape product strategy and identify growth trends, and leading initiatives that turned underperforming teams into consistent top performers. I’ve also partnered with global suppliers and marketing teams to deliver go-to-market strategies, coordinated large-scale training rollouts, and created sales campaigns that drove measurable impact. Whether I’m coaching individuals or collaborating cross-functionally, my goal has always been to make success achievable, sustainable, and scalable. Beyond the office, travel remains a lifelong passion—I’ve explored more than 65 countries and love bringing global perspective into the work I do. When I’m not traveling, you’ll find me skiing in the winter, exploring the outdoors closer to home, or spending time with my dog. I value curiosity, connection, and adventure, and those qualities fuel the way I approach both work and life.
