About Amanda Bermel

I am a highly motivated financial analyst who believes that no matter who you are or how you got to where you are, you should always embrace a growth mindset. I have my bachelors of science in business with a concentration in management information system and my associates degree in computer science. I am beginning my career in a two year rotational program centered around global finance and business management to expand upon my technical skills, refine my soft skills, and explore various types of roles. I hope to find a role that will keep me engaged, passionate, and eager. Due to my variety of interests in both technology and business, I have always been drawn to roles that combine the two. I have experience in Tableau, Alteryx and Excel as well as some python experience. My first rotation has been centered around basic accounting for derivatives and netting where I perform daily reconciliations and investigations. My second role has focused on corporate development deal finance which involves building financial modeling and creating valuations for various business cases. After the completion of my rotational program, I hope to relocate to New York to be closer to my family and pursue my passions.
