About Amanda Biesecker

I am currently a PhD student at Regent University, furthering my interest in Organizational Leadership. I graduated from Creighton University with a Master's of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. I previously studied Organizational Leadership with an emphasis of strategic Innovation and Change Management at Colorado State University. I have always been passionate about the art of communication and utilize my skills and understanding of Interpersonal Communication and Conflict Resolution to freelance as a facilitator. I also serve as a contributing writer to The International Women's Association of Taichung to bridge the cross-cultural communication gap between eastern and western culture. This project is close to my heart as I currently reside in San Juan, Puerto Rico, though previously lived in Busan, South Korea, and Taichung, Taiwan. I spend my free time reading about Organizational Leadership and Cross-Cultural Communication, hoping to one day use that interest to pursue a career as a Consultant.
