Having “Regrets” is focusing on things that cannot be changed. You can never move forward if you are always looking back. “Missed opportunity” is a refusal to move forward, and strive to meet goals. The things that haven’t yet been accomplished are still obtainable as long as you try. You cannot reach a destination if you stop moving toward it.
