At JJP, we specialize in workforce solutions—recruiting, search, and staffing for the IT services industry—providing top talent to the MSP ecosystem (IT Channel). I've been in IT since I was old enough to work—starting hands-on in tech support, training, talent development, and connecting people to opportunities. From there, I moved into sales, marketing, and leadership. With over two decades in the trenches, I understand the personalities, the pace, and the pressure. I speak the language, know the challenges firsthand, and lead with EQ as much as experience. That’s exactly why I transitioned from the IT industry to the workforce industry. The job market looks different today, and companies need more than a recruiter—they need someone who truly understands what alignment means.
