My career spans diverse roles across housing, homelessness services, and community coordination, where I've developed expertise in program management, team leadership, and building strategic partnerships.Currently, I serve as a Community Coordinator with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, where I engage stakeholders, manage resources, and drive initiatives that promote housing stability. Previously, I held key positions at CAMBA, Inc, the NYC Department of Homeless Services, Women In Need, Inc, and a federal halfway house, demonstrating my adaptability and passion for empowering underserved populations.Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my ability to navigate complex challenges with empathy, innovation, and results-driven strategies. Whether streamlining operations, fostering collaboration, or supporting vulnerable populations, I am dedicated to delivering impactful solutions.I am currently looking to relocate to North Carolina or Virginia and am eager to bring my skills to new opportunities that will allow me to continue making a meaningful impact.
