About Amanda Bradley

If you want it done (and done well), I'm your person. My experience and skills leading teams has flourished in the not-for-profit and public service sectors. I am continually motivated to find solutions that create success for all parties. I’m up for hard work, complex situations and addressing wicked problems in the face of adversity. I love big picture thinking but to get there, I know I have to have a plan. I prefer to spend time making sure all my ducks are in a row before I leap off the cliff (with the parachute that I've triple checked). I’m a highly organised list creator and outlook junkie. I've managed multi-million dollar programs and projects, delivered with successful outcomes, on time and within budget. We live in complicated times. We are all being squeezed to deliver more for less. We have to be able to respond with innovative approaches that enable us to do this. It is essential to be able to describe the successes we have in ways that are meaningful for a diverse group of stakeholders. We need to collaborate and find methods of meeting the needs of stakeholders that is responsive, timely and accessible in a constantly changing environment.
