In my work as a management consultant, I partner with organisations to achieve cultural transformation through leadership development and behavioural change programs. As a Positive Psychology practitioner and coach, I am skilled at incorporating neuroscience research into ‘soft skills’ training that provides participants and clients with practical tools and strategies to drive sustainable behavioural change. I am an expert motivator and communicator who has presented internationally.
