Being a leader means that someone trusts you enough to lead a team that has the skills to make the business operate every day. Developing my team to be effective, supportive, and respectful employees in and outside of the business is something I am deeply passionate about. I use data analytics to problem solve and see where the business can improve and how to make the business grow. I have had the privilege to understand the customer service side of the business directly with clients on the phone all the way to creating effective marketing techniques to create emotional connections between the customer and the business. Remaining grounded in my own life allows me to continue to push hard, learn more, and succeed. I am a dedicated learner and believe that learning is vital to continue to grow in my career. Success is not dependent on a job title, a paycheck, or the office I sit in. Success is dependent on showing up every day with an open mind willing to put in the tough work, holding yourself accountable, and always being bold enough to say yes and try something new. Fear can only hold you back if you let it.
