With over 7 years of experience in workforce management, forecasting, and analytics, I am passionate about optimizing business operations, enhancing customer service, and driving strategic growth. I hold a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) credential and a bachelor's degree in biology. In my current role, I lead a team of workforce analysts in managing a large-scale provider call center and implementing processes to streamline the workforce budget of over $64M.
