About Amanda Cabot

Half Mallorcan, half British, I grew up in my family’s small and friendly hotel on the coast of Mallorca. This inspired me with a lifelong passion for travel and hospitality. Being immersed in this international atmosphere sparked my interest in people and in traveling the world. As I gained experience and responsibility in the hotel business, I was also able to nourish my passions by traveling for long periods, blogging, and publishing travel reports in the off-season (the hotel closed for 5 months each year). Each adventure fueled my passion for exploration and adventure. Yet, it was the captivating allure of Latin America that truly captured my heart. Its unique culture, breathtaking landscapes, and warm-hearted people left an indelible mark on me! Now, as a Destination Curator for LATAM, I am thrilled to merge my lifelong love for travel with my expertise in creating unforgettable experiences. Through meticulous curation, I aim to share the magic of Latin America with fellow adventurers, inviting them to a transformational journey of discovery.
