Experienced and business-minded attorney with over a decade of legal experience spanning contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and legal operations across healthcare, technology, and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Associate Counsel at Beeline, where I lead the negotiation of complex domestic and international contracts and amendments, and provide strategic legal guidance across the organization. I work cross-functionally with key departments to identify and address contractual risks, promote legal and compliance best practices, and implement streamlined processes for contract drafting and negotiation. My approach is collaborative and solutions-oriented, focused on aligning legal strategy with business goals while ensuring regulatory and operational compliance. Licensed in North Carolina since 2014, I hold a Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
