About Amanda Cairo

As Physician Relations Manager, I am responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Physicians/Practices in a defined service area through consistent, strategic field call strategies. I work cohesively with leadership and internal service line administrators to drive and sustain growth in procedural services aligned with the local, regional, and enterprise business plans. I also participate in strategic planning and identification of physician targets to achieve this growth through utilization of UHS's data analytic tools. I work hard to strategically plan, implement, and participate in outreach efforts designed to improve relationships, and generate new patient volume, within the healthcare community in the designated service area or market. My primary efforts are targeted toward physicians, but community groups and other potential inpatient and outpatient partners are also included, with the goal of growing business opportunities and maximizing referral and redirection volume.
