I have years of experience in the special education and School system field including but not limited to providing instruction and assistance, working closely with teachers, implementing modifications along with behavior Intervention Plans and keeping accurate data on students. My experience in the school system field has been very rewarding though I am looking to alter and advance my career into the administration and/or clerical field. In addition to my experience I also possess a State of Texas Peer Mediator Certificate, a SBEC Educational Aide Certificate, a Texas Behavior Support Initiative Certificate, Paraprofessional Assessment of Competencies Certificate and certificates in Microsoft office for Access, PowerPoint and Excel. I have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. I am self-motivated and have an ability to multitask efficiently. I enjoy being a member of a team that can accomplish things together and I can also be very productive working independently. I have a good eye for detail and a commitment to confidentiality. If given the opportunity, my positive attitude and experience will make me an asset to your team!
