Assistant Property Manager and former Lease Administrator with 13 years experience overseeing a diversified portfolio of Commercial and Residential properties. In 2023, I had the opportunity to be an Assistant Property Manager for an International company, Brookfield Asset Management. Our territory in the greater Little Rock area now includes Memphis TN is currently managing 500 plus single family homes. I oversee all Market Acceptance Quality Control Walk Inspections, as well as Move in Inspections, Market Walks LDOM, Punch-walks, and Triage Walks. I am self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented. I’m an exceptional listener who can convey information both verbally and written. I’m an analytical thinker with demonstrated talent for identifying, researching, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
