Building strong, genuine relationships with my team is at the core of what I do. I want to create a culture where feedback is not only welcomed but encouraged, where people are excited to come to work every day, and where a sense of belonging is felt by all. Cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace is my top priority, and I’m deeply invested in continuous learning so that I can always evolve to better support my team’s growth and well-being. Outside of work, I’m busy with my husband and two kids, who keep us on our toes! Whether we’re traveling, playing board games, or cheering on the kids at their sports and activities, there’s never a dull moment. I’m also an avid reader and a true crime enthusiast—documentaries and podcasts are my go-to when I have a few (rare) quiet moments.
