As an Agent Assistant at American Family Insurance since April 2023, I have been providing excellent customer service and satisfaction to potential and existing clients, helping them find the best insurance solutions for their needs. I have also been working remotely, using various online tools and platforms to communicate and collaborate with my team and customers, as well as to manage data and records. Before joining American Family Insurance, I was an Independent Consultant for two years, where I reached out to people who were trying to sell their vehicles and appraised them for lower rates for the dealership. These experiences have enhanced my skills in data entry, office administration, and customer loyalty. I learn very quickly and love to be challenged, and I am always eager to expand my knowledge and skills in the insurance industry.
