I am an experienced and passionate people leader with extensive retail and banking experience, recognised for enhancing company growth by delivering and exceeding business objectives and exceptional service through highly engaged teams. I have five years of diverse experience as a Regional Manager within the Banking and Insurance Industry and 25 years in various managerial positions in banking services including retail, private bank, lending and broker within Australia and the UK. I have worked for brands such as HSBC, RACQ, Westpac, St George and Halifax. In all my roles I have provided strong team leadership, relationship development and extensive business development. During my time at RACQ I lead my retail team across twelve stores to exceed business objectives with customer NPS ratings above average industry scores and personally achieving a staff engagement score in the 90th percentile. In my role as Regional Manager Broker Partnerships, I played an integral role in establishing the Broker Channel at RACQ accrediting over 100 brokers and delivered $100m in new mortgage applications in the first 6 months. I also hold the position of President on the board of the Valley Chamber of Commerce (VCC). I am passionate about business development, supporting local business and not for profit organisations and making a difference in the community. During my 15 years with the VCC I have been involved in the development and execution of the Valley Chamber's 5-year strategic plan. Membership increased from 180 to 450 during the first term on the board and event attendance went up by over 100%. I have also been the key person delivering 28 networking events per year for up to 250 people including planning and delivery of the annual expo with 80 exhibitors and up to 500 visitors each year.
