About Amanda Cooper

I've lived and worked in various countries, and travelled to more. Why is diversity and flex work important to me? It's the only way I can fulfil my goals both personally and professionally and the best way we’ll create a better world for all. I wish to achieve in my life and help my team and those around me do the same. My work and personal life are interwoven and must combine and flex. I give and look for trust, confidence and support from my peers, employer and family to make that happen. I am a champion for Inclusion and Diversity, Mental Wellness (without which one can’t get full physical health), an active member of the Coal Emergency Management Team and support the BMA Asset President and Leadership team with excitement as we help reinvent the new normal. Driving respectful behaviour, anti racism and equal treatment will encourage everyone around me to bring their full selves to work - the only real way to reach your true potential! An Executive Assistant that goes above and beyond, loves her work and executes all she does with high quality, a great attitude, and gets results whilst not breaking people in her team.
