As a proud mother of five, the Founder & Managing Director of Thrive Tours and a dedicated Settler committed to being an active Indigenous Ally, I am constantly inspired by the beauty and teachings of nature. My journey is deeply enriched by my Indigenous partner and children, whose wisdom has further opened my eyes to the importance of education in Truth and Reconciliation. This fuels my passion for cultural awareness and environmental stewardship. In recognition of my efforts to carve a space for women in male-dominated fields, I am honoured to have received the Trailblazer Award from The PARO Centre for Women’s Enterprise. Under my leadership, Thrive Tours has also been recognized with six Ontario Tourism Awards over the past three years, and we are finalists in both Sustainable Tourism and Indigenous Tourism categories for this year’s awards.
