I coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and case staff to ensure efficient and effective case management, document preparation, and communication. I have over two years of experience in the care industry, where I worked as a Team Support Specialist and a Care Coordinator at FreedomCare, a leading provider of home care services. There, I helped clients access quality care, managed payroll and billing, and resolved issues and complaints. I am currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Litigation Assistant/Paralegal at Valencia College, where I am learning the skills and knowledge to become a qualified legal professional. I have a strong interest in political science and government, and I attended CUNY Bronx Community College for one year in this field.
