I have extensive experience in training, troubleshooting, and customer service skills throughout my employment history. I would love to use my creative & analytical mind for work in software, game, website & database design, development, testing, and maintenance. I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology from Purdue University Global in February of 2018, & I am a member of Alpha Beta Kappa Honorary Society, Iota Sigma Tau Honorary Society & Golden Key International Honour Society I have completed coursework in software programming, website design & development, database work with Microsoft Access & SQL, networking, network security, project management, IT consulting, information systems architecture, systems analysis & design, discrete mathematics, human-computer interaction, technology infrastructure, technical communication, professional presence, and an internship with PGIP Technology as a Web Designer to gain insight into the Information Technology field with aspirations in software, database, and website design & development. I have been a freelance rated tester for Utest.com & a volunteer beta-tester for the gaming industry for Lionhead Studios for Fable Legends, Blizzard Entertainment for Diablo 3, Destiny 2, Overwatch, and World of Warcraft Mists of Pandaria. I also have earned a Diploma in Health Career Studies & an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences for Respiratory Care from Delaware Technical & Community College. I worked for 10 years as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in hospitals, long-term care facilities, & homecare. I have an extensive experience in patient care, customer service, management, troubleshooting, training & education throughout my job history as well as, a paid Tutor for Basic Math up to PreCalculus & English courses.
