About Amanda Couto

I graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a 4 year Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Visual Arts. After graduation, I started my Enterprise career as a Management Trainee in the Daily Rental division. Shortly after that experience, I made my career transition as administrative support for the Property Development and Facilities Department covering all of Southwestern Ontario. Once in the Operations role, I knew I found something I was passionate about and wanted to develop further in this role. I continued to provide a valued impact and advanced my career to my current role as Facilities Specialist, covering 60+ rental branches. I have continued to develop and excel in lease and vendor negotiations, budget analysis, vendor management, facility maintenance, relocations, renovations, construction projects, etc. I have proactively worked at implementing fuel and environmental awareness policies, health and safety compliance policies, first aid, preventative maintenance schedules and seasonal contracts. I am an active member on the Joint Health and Safety Committee and Founding Values Committee were we strive and encourage diversity and inclusion among vendors, employees and all facets of our business.
