I am currently working as a Service Coordinator/ Dispatcher for Smith & Long. before that, I was a Service Coordinator at Kildonan Energy and Warden District. I have over 2.5 years of experience in this role, where I was responsible for scheduling service technicians and electricians based on their skillset and geographical location using web-based software. I also communicated with customers on a daily basis regarding their product and service needs, and quoted and invoiced them for service, parts, labour, and equipment. I also have over 18 years of experience in the television broadcasting industry, where I worked on live and live-to-tape programs and events, requiring me to develop skills in communication, time management, attention to detail, prioritization, and teamwork. I have a diploma in Bookkeeping from Algonquin College and an associate degree in Communications Media from Mohawk College. I am also certified in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online and Desktop. I am passionate about applying my refined skill set and expertise to a new position. I enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-demand, and deadline-driven environment, where I can contribute to the success of the organization and the satisfaction of the customers. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with diverse and talented professionals. My goal is to leverage my experience and credentials to deliver high-quality service and value to customers.
