I have been in the insurance industry for over 20 years now. I began my career as a seasonal employee in the auto underwriting department where I processed new applications and updated existing coverage and discounts. I moved on to a position in Agency Services where I worked on promotions and incentives for the Agency force. I then started my full time career as a Claims Representative where I handled customers home and commercial losses. Next I worked as a Claim Automation and Procedures Specialist. In this role I was responsible for the ongoing training and education for new and existing claims staff. I also worked on improving the efficiency of the claims process. My current position as a Sales Agent commenced in 2007. This role allows me to work with my customers and their families to help them recover from the unexpected and plan for their future.
