At NimbleWork, Inc, I'm fortunate to be a part of an environment that fosters my professional growth and encourages me to push myself to new heights. As part of my role in HR, I am responsible for various functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, performance management, HR MIS, employee exits and much more. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering in activities at church that attempts to support community causes. This gives me an opportunity to interact with different people and to stay humble. I have learned a great deal about Leadership, communication, and team dynamics through these activities. With my skills and knowledge, I will continue to meaningfully contribute to my team that shares my passion for excellence and making a positive impact.
