About Amanda de Souza

I’m a senior creative strategist and award-winning content leader with 10+ years of experience across SaaS, media, and branded content. I turn data-driven insights into content that converts, driving engagement, adoption and measurable growth. My work blends storytelling with product expertise to unlock the full value of SaaS platforms, supporting new business, renewals, and expansion. With roots in journalism, I can quickly become a subject matter expert, translating complex topics into high-performing, interactive content. I’ve developed AI-powered strategies and multimedia campaigns for clients ranging from Fortune 500s to startups across industries including retail, education, finance, government, healthcare, auto and more. I thrive in discovery-driven roles, identifying client needs, aligning content to platform capabilities, and serving as a strategic partner throughout the customer lifecycle. I’ve never met a workflow I couldn’t optimize or a whiteboard I couldn’t fill to the brim with colour-coded creative ideas. At my core, I’m a content and platform expert who believes great storytelling fuels customer success.
