Owner & Chef, Amanda Deguia, is a San Diego native with 13 years professional experience, cooking with some of the best restaurants in San Diego. Her passion for cooking started as an early teen, watching cooking shows and learning from her late grandmother, helping to prepare meals for the family and during gatherings. It wasn't until a few years after high school, jumping around different colleges and majors, that landed her back into cooking and at a culinary school developing and building on her passion of food. Culinary school funneled into working in different high end restaurants around San Diego with numerous top chefs and different positions within the restaurant. Her experience, knowledge, and skillset grew throughout the years, and with that, the drive to create her own identity within the industry, thus her catering business was born. Her vision and desire to provide high end quality food and experiences, in an environment of class with down-to-earth vibes and energy, has defined her as one of the more unique and one-of-a kind boutique catering company.
