About Amanda Desutter

At the end of the day, I gain ultimate fulfillment from experiencing an individual (or organization) benefitting and growing from the solutions I am able to support them with. People come from all different environments and take with them certain characteristics which all come together and contribute in unique ways. I grew up on a dairy farm in western Wisconsin, and there is where I learned the value of hard work and dedication. What is the most significant characteristic you obtain based on your upbringing, and how does that benefit you in your professional journey? Another thing that I value most from my upbringing is learning that, “what you put in is what you get out”. Going into any project and collaboration, I am keeping this value at top of mind, in order to bring the highest quality, and maximum return on output for my colleagues.
