About Amanda Dodson

I’m a Program Manager with experience in operations, leadership development, and compliance within the health and wellness industry - including a key role in scaling operations for one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises in the country. My career has centered on building programs, streamlining systems, and creating learning experiences that help people succeed. At Kaiser Permanente, I develop and manage leadership programs end-to-end (from eligibility and onboarding to completion tracking) while partnering with frontline consultants who work directly with leaders in medical centers and hospitals. My most notable accomplishment is launching and implementing KP's first enterprise-wide leadership development program for over individual contributors. In addition to managing communications and stakeholder relations, I designed 4 virtual workshops and a mentorship track to enhance program content and create networking opportunities across the workforce. Before healthcare, I played a key role in growing the operations department for a leading fitness franchise, helping scale systems that supported the launch of 200+ franchise units in the US and Canada.
