She understands that every family's dynamics differ, and thus, Amanda is vigilant in ensuring that the appropriate and necessary resources are available to protect her clients' assets. Amanda spends the time necessary to develop estate plans that are current and appropriate for each client's individual situation, because estate plans are not one-size-fits-all. Amanda is also experienced in the administration of many different probate scenarios – from a simple Summary Administration, to Ancillary Administrations, to complex Formal Administrations. Amanda works closely with her clients to ease the pain of their loss, compounded by a probate administration. Amanda graduated, cum laude, from Cleveland State University in 1996. In 2001, she graduated from Marquette University Law School, where she was an editor of the law journal, Elder’s Advisor. Before relocating to Naples, Florida, and joining the Pearl Law Firm in 2009, Amanda practiced as an advocate with the Legal Aid Bureau of Maryland and clerked for a Judge in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. In June 2018, Amanda formed The Dorio Law Firm, PLLC, to serve the needs of the greater Naples area, and in 2022, she joined the law firm, Henderson, Franklin, Starnes and Holt, PA, to provide a broader range of services to her clients.
